We had our three bedroom apartment AC duct cleaned through Mega Meter Cleaning Services last week.
Their people were efficient, the communication with my was clear, and the work was done seamlessly.

However, the reason for us doing the duct cleaning – poor air conditioning – was not resolved.

Our building maintenance kept insisting that the cleaning people have messed up, whereas in fact, they were shying away from their job.

We called the team leader at MegaMeter, and he promised to come back even though their job was finished.  He came back yesterday the appointed time, with his team of 4, worked for 2 hours, showed my building management where and what the problem was, and left us with no doubt in our minds as to where the issue was.

This was not their job, they had come with some huge machines which they did not use eventually, but as a team they were willing to go the extra mile to keep a client happy.
